Business Central is an ERP-system. ERP stands for Entreprise Resource System. Thus, it is a system where finances can be planned accordingly.
Many call Business Central a premium ERP-system. And they're right. What distinguishes Business Central compared to smaller ERP-system is the level of detail and customization options. We'd love to sell Business Central to a single entrepreneur, but it would probably not be worth the license fee. Business Central is detail oriented. If you for instance are selling liquor, then Business Central can easily calculate liqour taxes for different products. Exports to EMEA, Asia, North America can also be configured. As a rule of thumb, we recommend Business Central for companies with around 5 employees. However, this depends on what type of business you are. Complicated production firms might reap the benefits of Business Central when they are fewer employees.
No by any means. But you will come a long way with clear defined goals for the system. We always say "Business Central can everything and nothing". This is because, if you don't specify what you want the system, the system is not going to give you any valuable information
Yes, indeed. But you have to look carefully for a partner with experience. There is many hidden caveats in these upgrades. Invice Solutions have converted many old to C-5, Concorde and Navigator accounting systems to Business Central, without changing fundamentals, such as the chart of accounts.
We have ready-to-go solutions developed with our partner Continia. The solutions can reduce administrative hours by up to 90%. Notes are stored digitally, in accordance with the new bookkeeping law. One of the ready-to-go systems, is an automatic payments system, where incoming invoices automatically are read. The invoice is sent for approval by the purchase-rep. Afterwards it is paid directly from Business Central with one click by the CFO or CEO.

Data adds value, the second you learn from it. Before that, it is worthless. Simply put, Power BI distills data to insights.
It really depends on the size and complexity of the setup. Generally you can go two ways with Power BI. The first is to use a general template. This is for instance a dynamic overview of cashflow, the top sellers and revenue streams from countries.

The other way, is to develop your own template. This is more expensive. It will give you the exact data-insights demanded. We set both up directly in the Business Central front page. Come to us with your thoughts and case. We provide our opinion, on which way is the right for you.

Said in short: an online call-central working directly through Microsoft Teams. Cloud basically means, that installation of a local client is unnecessary. Calls can be done through your browser on Teams. PBX stands for Private Branch Exchanges. That is, a call-center for firms and organizations.
With a phone you can do two things. Pick up the phone or don't. A PBX-system allows routing, call ques, differentiated voicemails and auto attendants. If you have a larger company, a PBX system is going to save you valuable time.
You decide. Groups can be designed, such as "press 1 to reach sales" and so on. If the sales teams are called, you can set individual salespersons to be called first, or round-robin.
